- 1 packet Everyday Recovery
- 4 ice cubes
- 10 ounces coconut milk or oat milk
- Fruit for garnish
Mix Everyday Recovery with ice and coconut milk in blender jar. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh fruit.
Ruby hibiscus spritzer
- 2 packets Everyday Life
- 12 ounces boiling water
- 12 ounces cold sparkling water
- 2 hibiscus teabags*
- 1/2 c pomegranate juice, optional
- Berries or mint leaves for garnish
Add boiling water to teabags in a medium bowl and steep for 5 minutes until the liquid is a rich red color. Remove the teabags and set aside to cool to room temperature. In a larger container or pitcher, mix Everyday Life with 12 ounces sparkling water and optional juice. Add the hibiscus liquid and stir. Serve in a clear glass over ice. Garnish with a berry or mint leaf.
*Hibiscus teabags do not contain caffeine. They can be found at health food stores, Whole Foods, and Amazon.
Berry pops
- 2 packets Everyday Life
- 24 ounces water or coconut milk
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup whole fresh raspberries
- Honey (optional)
Mix Everyday Life with water and 1 cup berries in blender jar. Blend on high speed until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or ice cube trays, reserving a little less than half of the liquid. Fill the molds halfway and freeze for 30-45 minutes. Add whole berries to each mold and fill them to the top with remaining liquid. Freeze for 2 hours.
Raspberry-coconut water smoothie
- Unsweetened coconut water ice cubes (6) made from 12 ounces coconut water
- 1 packet Everyday Life
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, optional
- 1 ripe banana
- A few drops of vanilla
Mix Everyday Life with other ingredients in a blender jar. Process on high until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy immediately.
Berry-sage agua fresca
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blackberries
- 3 fresh sage leaves
- 1 packet Everyday Life
- 16 ounces cold sparkling water
- Mesh strainer or sieve
- Sage leaves for garnish, optional
Place the berries and sage leaves in a medium sized pan. Add 2 teaspoons of the water. Crush the berries and leaves with a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon. Stir in the remaining sparkling water and the packet of Everyday Life. Cover the pan for a moment to allow the bubbles to settle. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a sage leaf.
Açai-banana boost
- 1 packet Everyday Energy
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 12 ounces water or almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
Mix Everyday Energy with other ingredients in blender jar. Blend on high speed until smooth. Puree until ice is crushed and banana is smooth. Enjoy immediately.
